Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order after 14 days no returns will be excepted. (Items must be in new and unused condition to return them). You will need to pay for the return shipping if your return is in new and unused condition when we receive them then you will receive a full refund. Please make sure that you insure the package for the full amount of your order this will insure that you receive your refund    

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, you can return it: Contact us within seven days of receiving your Items. Please provide key details regarding the damage (Shipping, broken upon opening, lights are not working,  etc.… ). We will then assess the damage and ether send a replacement or help you file a damaged claim with the shipper  

**Exclusions:  

**Perishable products (such as our fresh cut branches ) cannot be returned.
**Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they are damaged).
Returns will not be approved after 10 days of you receiving your order. All items must be received by Willows and More within 14 day of you receiving the return label.
Refund or replacement will not be given if we do not receive the item within the 14 days.
 Refunds and Replacements are processed 3 to 5 business days after receiving your return.
