Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase: Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and, we will send you a return label free of charge.  You may then choose to exchange the item for any of our other products of the same value or receive a refund (items must be in new and unused condition).

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, you can return it: Contact us within seven days of receiving your Items. Please provide key details regarding the damage (Shipping, broken upon opening, lights are not working,  etc.… ). We will send you a return label and replace the item free of charge.

**Exclusions:  

**Perishable products (such as our fresh cut branches ) cannot be returned.
**Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they are damaged).
Returns will not be approved after 10 days of you receiving your order. All items must be received by Willows and More within 14 day of you receiving the return label.
Refund or replacement will not be given if we do not receive the item within the 14 days.
 Refunds and Replacements are processed 3 to 5 business days after receiving your return.
