All of our Fresh cut Branches come with Instructions for: Planting, Arranging & Dry Preserving them
The brown branches range in color from a gold brown to reddish brown when they are fresh as they dry they will get darker, most dry to a darker gold brown with some dark brown in some areas we use these to make our Natural Lighted Curly Willow.
The Green branches can range in color from a dark forest green to a light sage green when they are fresh, they remain that color for about two weeks depending on the temperature they are stored at, when they dry out the branches will turn to a dark brown or mahogany color.
This is a natural product as such the actual item can vary from the picture shown

Orders of under 5 units Usually Ship in 3 Day Wholesale orders or orders of 6 units or more have a two-week lead time. Should you need more than 6 unit in less than 15 days:

Return policy
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase: Contact us within 10
days of receiving your Items and, we will send you a Return label Free of charge and refund your items (items must be in
new and unused condition).
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, you can return it:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your Items, and let us know how the item was damaged We will send you a Return label and Replace the item Free of charge.
**Exclusions:
**Perishable products (such as our fresh cut branches ) cannot be returned.
**Custom orders cannot be returned
No returns will be approved after 10 days of you receiving your items and, all items must be returned to us within 7 day of you receiving the return label.
Refunds and Replacements are processed 3 to 5 business days after receiving your return.
